Mail Merge

Send personalized emails from Gmail to your contacts. Include different attachments for each recipient, schedule

1. Mail Merge with Attachments
2. Install Mail Merge in your Google Apps Domain
3. Install Mail Merge in your Google Account

At First install the Mail Merge add-on.,After the add-on is installed,

Go to the Google Spreadsheet, click the Add-ons menu and you’ll see a new menu Mail merge with Attachments

Click on the Create Merge Template menu in blank mail merge template in your Google Spreadsheet, contains the mandatory columns – like First Name, Email Address, etc. as you can add more columns.

Now Go to Import Google Contacts menu to bring any existing contact groups from Google Contacts into Mail Merge. Write the first name, email addresses and other details of the recipients manually in the Mail Merge sheet.

Gmail Mail merge with attachments

To add unique attachments add them in the File Attachments column. Now you  Go to Google Drive, right-click a file and choose to Get Link to copy the URL of that file that can paste into the sheet. You can combine multiples files too but remember to separate the file URLs by the comma.

When you run a mail merge, it will send all the emails immediately.

 You also have an option to schedule emails and the program will automatically send them later.  when you wish to schedule that particular email. Use the dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm format.
